Finished testing the new features and have completed deployment successfully.
The following features have been added:
- Support for the Bruker mass spectrometry “.d” file format. To analyze these datasets, you will need to package the entire “.d” folder into a zip file and upload this zip file as you would any other mzXML or RAW file. If the “.d” folder is not at the top level of the zip file, it won’t be detected and the analysis won’t complete.
- Support for uploading “.zip” files. In addition to Bruker format datasets, you can also upload mzXML and RAW file formats compressed into a zip file. The system also supports packaging several data files into a single zip. As with the Bruker files mentioned above, these files must be at the top level in the zip file (must not be contained within a folder).
- The mzXML files generated by the Bruker system are formatted slightly differently. That format is adjusted to the format we are expecting.
- Other small and cosmetic changes.
